In Case Of An Emergency

  • If you smell gas: immediately evacuate everyone from your home and Call 1-800-882-3377 from your cell phone or from a neighbor's home.

  • If there is a water leak in your home threatening to cause damage, locate your water shut off valve and turn the handle to the left.  This will shut off all water to your home.  If the leak is in your toilet or a sink, locate and utilize the appliance's individual shut off valve(s).  See  this link  for further instructions.

In an ongoing effort to streamline and improve customer service, Fritz Mechanical, Inc. and it's partners are creating this web site to promote speed and accuracy in the processing of work orders and service requests.  For your convenience and ours, please use the appropriate forms to the left.  Email and fax are our preferred mode of communication and will be the fastest and easiest way to obtain service.  The builder/customer is strongly encouraged to fill out the appropriate service order form.  

To fill out a Service Order Form via the Internet, click the appropriate link to the left.  If Fritz Mechanical has not responded to your request within 24 hours during the business week, please call our office to let us know that there is a problem with our website.   Please note that the offices of Fritz Mechanical and it's partners are closed on weekends and national holidays.

Those who do not wish to use the forms on this website or who do not have regular access to the internet may use the following modes of communication listed in order from greatest to least efficiency:

  • Send an email to heatguy@pacifier.com  requesting a Service Order Form that can be returned via email.
  • Call your home's builder (if known) and request them to contact us.
  • Send a fax requesting the appropriate service order form to (360) 833-2969.  Fill out form and fax it back to us.
  • Come to our office at 5913 NE 127th Ave Suite # 100, Vancouver, WA and fill out the appropriate form in person. 
  • Send a request for the appropriate service order form to Fritz Mechanical, 5913 NE 127th Ave Suite # 100, Vancouver, WA, 98682.   
  • Phone calls for service orders are not encouraged, but may be used as a last resort.  Because the Service Order Form is not physically filled out by the builder or customer, Fritz Mechanical makes no guarantee of a timely response to the Service Order.
